SheHOPE

Three entities, one movement.

SheHOPE was born the day after the curator sat in a grief support group and left it frightened. It is the group she needed and could not find, so she built it.

It has since grown into three. She became a private Emotional Support Liaison for ranked military personnel, and it changed the structure of her support groups.

Please read. SheHOPE is company in grief, not treatment. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care or an emergency service. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country now.

The SheHOPE Movement

From one lantern, a forest of hope.

The SheHOPE Movement: a great lantern-lit tree standing over a lake at night, mountains behind it and hundreds of lanterns floating on the water and hanging in the branches. A spiral of light rises from the canopy into a starred sky to a ring reading Global Impact, Healing Communities Worldwide, National Programs, Documentary. Across the canopy: Healing, Resilience, Mentored Youth, and beneath it Resilient Families, Empowered Communities, Healing. Three branches carry the three entities: SheHOPE, Grief and Loss Healing, with a white dove; SheHOPE2, Trauma Healing; and SheHOPE2B, Youth Mentorship. A banner on the trunk reads The SheHOPE Movement, Codex of Hope, Lantern Ceremonies, Community. Below the trunk: One Person Healed, The Ripple Begins. In the roots, Ripple Effect, with Mentors to Youth to Families to Communities to Society, and the words Faith, Love, David and Hope written among the roots. Forged From Belief

The blueprint

Forged from belief and healing. SheHOPE is a movement where mentorship becomes a force for transformation. From heartache to hope, and healed to mentor, this blueprint charts our path from one lantern to light the world.

Forged From Belief: a crest holding a lantern above a great tree on a starred hillside, with a crowd of people carrying lanterns along a path of light that winds through them. Five banners run down the trunk: Founder; Regional Facilitators, conference and resource hub; Community Circles, trusted small groups; SheHOPE Mentors, certified trauma informed adult mentor; and Volunteers, assist circles and ceremonies. A panel below is headed The SheHOPE Journey, Programs, with five lanterns lettered Illuminate, reclaim hope; Heal, transform trauma; Mentor, guide youth; Sustain, sustainable mentor; and Lead, become community leaders. A second panel shows the journey rising from Local, where SheHOPE holds community events, focused healing and story sharing, through Regional and National to Global, under the line One Ceremony, Countless Ripples of Hope. A column at the right is headed Supporting The Movement and holds the Codex of Hope, a guide for healing and community; Lantern Ceremonies, lighting hope together; and the Mentorship Pathway, leadership rooted in belief. Beneath them an Expansion Pathway names Donors, Wellness, Schools that are faith based, Outreach and Community Partners
