What happens next

Your note is recorded for the curator and marked Submitted. It is a record of interest that she holds, nothing is published because it arrived, and there is no list, no mailing and no notification system behind it.

Whether you will hear back

A person reads every note. A reply is not guaranteed, and neither is a place, a priority or word of any future date. If a reply is right, and you left an email address, it comes from the curator.

How long it is kept

Your note stays in the curator's records while the retreat is being considered. Ask her through Connect and she can remove it from those records for good. The site also keeps rolling copies of its whole archive for recovery, the most recent seven, so a removed note can remain inside an older copy until that copy rotates out.
